This Privacy Policy explains how the Size Matters: Fish Enlarger mobile application (the “App”), operated by Westhaven Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
You do not create an account to use Size Matters, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location. The limited data we do handle — all of which is not linked to your identity — includes:
- Photos and videos you choose to edit (User Content) — the images you select are used to generate your resized result.
- Purchase history (Purchases) — to provide and manage your in‑app purchases and subscriptions and to unlock the features you buy.
- A device identifier (Identifiers) — used to operate the App, deliver core functionality, and prevent abuse.
This information is collected only to make the App function and cannot reasonably be used to identify you as an individual.
2. How Your Photos Are Handled
When you choose a photo to edit, it is used solely to create your AI‑resized image. To deliver this feature, your image may be processed on our servers or by trusted third‑party processing providers acting on our behalf. We only access the specific images you select — we do not scan or upload your photo library — and we do not use your photos to identify you, build a profile, or sell them to anyone. Images are retained only as long as needed to provide the editing service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to provide the core resizing feature, process and manage your purchases and subscriptions, operate and maintain the App, diagnose technical problems, and protect against fraud, abuse, and misuse.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We receive purchase and subscription status from Apple so we can unlock the features you have paid for. Apple’s handling of your payment information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on service providers — such as AI image‑processing providers and standard app platform tools provided by Apple — that process data on our behalf to deliver and maintain the App. These providers are governed by their own privacy policies, and we do not permit them to use your data to identify you or for their own marketing.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain the limited data we process only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
9. Your Choices
You control which photos you submit to the App. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings, and you can stop all further data collection by uninstalling the App. You may also adjust tracking and diagnostic permissions in your device’s iOS settings.
10. International Users
The App is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, you understand that the limited data described above may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
